TWINkieBabies knows how important your privacy is to you.  We will never release your private information for any reason unless it a necessary part of your purchasing transaction.  We will treat your private information the way we protect our own.    If you have any concerns regarding our privacy policy please ask us!

Email Newsletter — You can sign up for our newsletter without creating an account or making a purchase.   When you create an account, or make a purchase you will be automatically added to our newsletter mailing list.  We DO NOT spam!  You will receive anywhere from 1 -4 emails a month with valuable information and savings.  You may unsubscribe at any time and your email address will NEVER be given to a third party unless it is related to a purchase transaction, and you give specific permission! 

Wishlist – You may store your wish list when you create an account.  This information will never be used for any other purpose.

We go to great lengths to keep your financial information private and safe. All credit transactions are currently processed through Paypal for your protection.  You do not need to have a Paypal account to use your credit card to complete a transaction.   When you've finished shopping and begin the checkout process, you will move into the secure area of our site.  Your information will be entered and you will then be taken to Paypal to enter your credit card information.  When your payment has been completed you will then be given the option to return to our homepage.

Each product at TWINkieBabies has been researched and chosen for its specific qualities.    Your satisfaction is top priority for us.  We’ve used many of these products ourselves and have chosen them because we believe you’re going to LOVE it!   TWINkiesMommy is in the process of adding her own reviews to products that have been personally used by the family, and TWINkieBabies asks you to please add any reviews of your own!  Even if you didn’t buy it from us!  We WANT to know what you think of our products!  If there is something you’d like to see us carry, please let us know that too and we’ll do our absolute best to accommodate!

Returns/Exchanges

Certain items are not eligible for returns or exchange.   Products that have been personalized, special ordered custom, or that are of a personal nature will not be accepted for return or exchange.   Products that have been opened or used will not be accepted for return or exchange.  If an item has a defect upon receipt please notify us immediately.  We will do everything in our power to facilitate its return and to send you a replacement as quickly as possible.  If the fault is ours we will do our best to quickly remedy the problem at no cost to you.

Product without defect may be returned to us at the buyer’s expense within 30 days and a full store credit minus shipping will be issued.  Please contact us with a tracking number so we can make sure to receive the item and to issue your store credit right away. 

We will not accept returns or exchanges on used product.  It must be unopened in it's original packaging.
