Shipping Policies

We offer you FREE shipping on select products, and it will be stated in the product’s description!   Though we are centrally located near Houston, Texas, many of our products are shipped straight from their Designers, Mom Inventors, and Manufacturers directly to your door.  This way of doing business saves money for all parties, but especially the end consumer because they won't have to pay for the product to be shipped to the store, and then on to them from there.  It saves resources and is better for the environment.  It also saves space for smaller retailers and allows them to provide a greater offering to their customer base. 

Each product lists the approximate shipping time that you can expect, and you may receive your order in separate packages.   Most orders will ship the next business day.  We are happy to send packages to a separate address for you in the event of gifts.  Though our system only allows for one separate billing/shipping address we are willing to ship to multiple addresses.  Please just put the details in the comments section of your order or contact us by email or phone to discuss.  Currently, we are not set up to ship internationally. Should you need something shipped internationally, please contact us through our contact us page before you place your order and we will try to accomodate your needs.  If we are able to accomodate and ship internationally for you we will reply to your  International order with a USPS Priority Mail quote.  Our system is not currently set up to do so and will not quote international shipping.  International orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes that are imposed by foreign governments. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees. When applicable, you will be required to pay these duties and taxes for your country at the time of delivery. If you refuse or abandon your package, no refund will be issued.

Since many different shipment methods are used we have set USPS as our primary method of shipment for billing purposes.  USPS is usually less expensive and is therefore intended to save you money.  Often your shipments will be sent via UPS and any additional shipping charges will be absorbed by us.  We will provide you with a tracking number in such cases as soon as it is made available.  In MOST cases your order will ship on the next business day.  Please add 3 days to standard processing time for any personalized items.  We try to under promise and to always over deliver.  Your satisfaction is important to us.  If you have any questions please contact us and we will be happy to help you!
